The dedicated and expert support of Fforest farm events teams enabled Creditsafe to exceed its objectives, by transforming Fforest Farm in Pembrokeshire, West Wales into an exclusive corporate venue. The event incorporated eco-friendly initiatives within its 200 acres of woodland and beautiful surroundings. Highlights included various well-being activities, locally sourced menus and local entertainment with DJs and live music, all designed with sustainability in mind to create a festival atmosphere while promoting environmental responsibility.

Venue and Accommodation: Fforest Farm was the ideal venue, offering a wide range of accommodation options, spaces for group activities, and locally sourced ingredients to create mouthwatering menus from the in-house catering team. The unique and cosy dwellings, which were beautifully designed and comfortable, from the charming Onsen Domes to the rustic Garden Shacs, added an extra layer of magic to the stay. The communal spaces were thoughtfully arranged, creating an inviting atmosphere perfect for group gatherings and meals.

Activities: The staff enjoyed a variety of group activities during their stay designed for fun, collaboration and well-being, including yoga, flower crown making, “It’s A Knockout,” Bingo, and The Ultimate pub quiz. Fforest offered a wealth of options to suit the diverse interests of the staff, making it the ideal destination for their celebratory weekend, offering the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure.

Being surrounded by lush greenery, rolling hills, and calming sounds of nature instantly put the entire 350-strong staff in a relaxed and rejuvenated state of mind. The staff at Fforest are incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the get-go. Their attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction are remarkable.
