Based just on the outskirts of the medieval town of Conwy, with spectacular views of the estuary and UNESCO Castle and set in the peaceful location of the marina is The Quay Hotel and Spa. This beautiful hotel and spa has its own waterfront AA rosette restaurant and bar on site, with a separate exclusive dining area and 77 spacious bedrooms including executive rooms and suites. There are three meeting spaces that can accommodate a small group of 10 up to 240 delegates and an experienced in-house events team on hand to support from planning through to delivery.

Situated just outside Porthmadog, overlooking the Dwryryd estuary and mountains of North Wales is Portmeirion Village and Hotel. Portmeirion is a venue like no other. Designed and created by Welsh architect Clough Williams-Ellis in 1925 to 1976, to demonstrate how to develop a village without spoiling the existing grounds and structure. The Italian style village has several café style eating establishments, its own AA rosette restaurant and thee different areas to stay across the 70 acre site. There are 32 bedrooms including rooms at Castell Deudraeth, Portmeirion hotel and at three cottages located in the heart of the village with beautiful garden and estuary views from the private balcony. Conwy Golf Club is a par 72, 6,910 yards course, is a Championship links golf course with stunning views across the North Wales coast. Host of the 2021 Curtis Cup, this 18 hole course is perfect for all levels of golfers and a great way to reinvigorate teams. There is also a clubhouse with restaurant and bar on site to relax in after a challenging game.

Boasting an 18 hole Championship course over parkland and links, Maesdu Golf Club is situated in Llandudno, a Victorian promenade town, which covers 6,500 yards and is suitable for all levels of golfers

Nefyn and District Golf Club is a par 72 golf course celebrated for its extraordinary and perverse nature. Although not a links course there are sea views from every one of the 27 holes and is known as one of the best 18 hole courses for its spectacular location on the edge of the Llŷn Peninsula covering 6,520 yards. With a thin stretch of land covering nine holes this can make both a challenging and fun team building event and will challenge even the most experienced of golfers not to lose the ball over the edge and into the waters below.

Situated in Harlech and set against the magnificent backdrop of Harlech Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage site is Royal St David's Golf Club. The host of many international tournaments including the Ladies European Tour and European Seniors Tours, it is known as one of Wales’ premier golf clubs. This par 69 course covers 6,629 yards and there is also a high standard of dormitory accommodation on site with dinner and breakfast available at the onsite clubhouse.
